Return Process

  Log into your DiYshop account or visit our 'Click, Click, FixIT' portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Shipping and Drop-off

  Print your generated return label and drop the package at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection via our online system.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
